Installation Manual:

Mounting the base: Rotate the base assembly to the ceiling and remove it to prepare the space for the batteries.
Installing the batteries: Insert 2 AAA batteries into the detector. The LED will turn on and then turn off.
Registration in the application: Open Tuya Smart App, create an account and add the device by clicking “+”. Select “Security Sensor” and then “WiFi Sensor”.
Network configuration: Press RESET for 5 seconds – the LED will start flashing quickly and the network configuration is activated. Enter the WiFi code and connect the device.
Manual configuration: If it does not connect automatically, press RESET for 5 seconds and the LED will blink slowly, enter the WiFi details manually.
Testing: Click “Smoke Detector” in the app and press TEST, the device will sound an alarm. DI-DI and the app will receive a “Detecting Smoke” notification.
Mute function: It can only be used when there is no real risk of fire to reduce the sensitivity of the alarm.

Installation tips:

Mount in the center of the ceiling for maximum effectiveness.
Keep 30cm distance from lamps and decorations, and 15cm away from walls.
On a sloping ceiling, install at a horizontal distance of 90cm from the top of the ceiling.
After a few months, clean the sensor from dust for optimal performance.
