• Tirana and other cities = 200 Lek

Returning an order:

• An order can be returned within an extended period of 30 days, provided the return conditions are met
• You can return the order through the courier or at one of the “Buzi” stores in Tirana, Sukth, Durrës, Elbasan, Fier and Vlorë
• You are refunded 100% of the value of a returned order if you notify us within 3 days of physically receiving it
• You pay only the delivery fee if you ask to exchange the order

Return acceptance conditions:

• The product packaging must be undamaged, and the product must be returned in its original condition with all its accessories, if any
• Each package sent carries the order details and the fiscal invoice (both QR codes must be undamaged for the return to be processed)
