Car AC Gas Refilling Machine

Air conditioner gas filling machine (for cars)

Description:

Machinery for vehicle air conditioning systems: Accessory suitable for use in automotive workshops.
Enables the care of the car's air conditioning system.
The machine enables various functions for the car's air conditioning system.
Functions such as: Gas filling, gas collection during repair in the air conditioning system, system vacuum, system oil filling as needed.

Ease of use: The machine is equipped with an easily accessible control panel, which allows for easy control.
The machine includes pipes that allow direct connection to the car's air conditioning system.

Gas collection – Recovery: One of the most useful functions is recovery – a function that allows gas collection to enable servicing of the air conditioning system and reuse of the current gas.
After fixing the problem in the air conditioning system, you can reuse the gas.

Preparation:

• Insert the pipes into the corresponding ports, the high pressure pipe into the high pressure port (of the air conditioning system and machine) and the low pressure pipe into the low pressure port (of the air conditioning system and machine).
• Mount the tube on the back of the solution (gas) container.
• Turn on the machine.

Care during the Gas Collection process: To ensure the longevity of the compressor, the process must follow a protective function.

• Open the low pressure valve and close the high pressure valve before recovery.
• The procedure should be less than 10 minutes, otherwise it may cause damage to the compressor.
• Check the pressure level of the fluid container before starting the recovery process again.
IF the pressure is above 1.5Mpa you should not start the recovery process.
• Before recycling the air conditioning system you need to vacuum the high and low pressure hoses.

The process of adding gas & compressor oil.

• After the process of vacuuming the car's air conditioning system and confirming the gas level of the air conditioning system.
If the gas level is below 1kg the process will not start.
• If you need to change the oil, after vacuum. Open the bottle valve and you will notice the oil bottle level until you see the oil level.
• After completing the oil filling, click the MENU button to change the charging function.
The LCD screen displays charging, Change the gas level boost value, click the (On & Off) button to start the process, the system stops automatically after charging is complete.

Small Bombul Filling: The gas filling machine enables filling the system with a small gas cylinder.
Easy to use – allows for easy filling.
