The fins are easy to install, allowing for ease of steering. 
Package includes: carrying bag, manual pump, 1 fin (8 inches), pedal paddle (205cm) & foot rope.

Inflation is possible using the manual pump included in the package.  

FITNESS: 

• Remove from packaging, unfold carefully. 
• Inflate it using the pump included in the package. 
• Assemble the foot rope. 
• Assemble the lower wing. 
• After use, carefully remove the feather.
• Press the safety valve to deflate. 
• Fold it carefully. 
• Put it in the storage bag to take it with you.

The length of the shovel is suggested to be 15-20cm longer than your body height. 
Get on the table first with your knees, then start to lift one leg at a time.
